Our friendly bilingual sales staff consists of seven real estate professionals with over 50 years experience, both here and in the United States. The Owner and Broker, James Westfall, has been a real estate professional for over 10 years in Puerto Rico and California. James moved to Rincon in 2009 and has been active in the Rincon community with tourism related and animal welfare activities in addition to becoming owner of Island West Properties in 2019. James has over 10 years of experience in real estate sales as well as 25 years of experience in business management and marketing, he holds a degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Justin Turri – Broker

Justin has lived in Puerto Rico since 2009, coming here to raise his family. He has experience running his own company as well as with sales and business management, earning his Real Estate Broker’s license and joining the Island West Properties team in 2023. Justin’s clients deem him an excellent communicator; he has a vast social network in the area and an easy going demeanor that puts clients at ease. Amilses Moreno- Office Assistant

Amilses is a Rincon native who has worked for Island West Properties since 2023. Her background is working in child care, but has found the new experience and challenges of the office rewarding. Her friendly smile and bilingual Spanish/English language skills are welcomed by our clients.
